This project was an observational research and inquiry on Delta Airline's services on flight. This was an opportunity to study and research aircrafts during my trip to Detroit and understand what designed features of technology and seats managed to either bring comfort to the passenger or result in an unsatisfactory flight. This was during COVID-19 outbreak in 2021.
