In October, my family and I decided to go to Detroit for a few days to meet cousins and other extended family for a memorial and during that time, I was assigned to conduct an observational research for my final research report. I decided to take this chance and take observational notes during the flight to Detroit and in this case, we were taking Delta Airlines.

This process was really new for me and taught me to be more observant and how to take notes more efficiently and quickly. I started becoming more aware of my surroundings and learn more from other people that I have met. This case study focuses on how the flight makes the trip comfortable, either by entertainment, seat arrangements, or refreshments!
